Mudflap serves the $800B trucking industry, providing market-leading payment products that help truckers save on fuel while providing fuel stop partners access to new customers. Backed by top-tier venture investors, Mudflap is a fast-growing marketplace business on a mission to transform the trucking and logistics industry.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue performance by diagnosing pipeline and conversion gaps and improving forecasting accuracy
- Drive GTM strategy in partnership with Sales and Business Development to execute growth opportunities
- Design and optimize CRM systems, processes, and reporting across the revenue lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product
- Translate data into actionable insights to influence leadership decisions
- Leverage data and AI-driven tools to improve workflows and efficiency
Requirements
- 6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops at a growth-stage company
- Proven track record of building and improving processes, systems, and workflows
- Strong understanding of sales motions, funnel dynamics, and revenue drivers
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across senior leadership
- Data-driven mindset with an AI-first approach to operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience querying data or working directly in SQL
