Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the revenue technology function, including setting technical strategy and driving adoption of Salesforce and adjacent tools.
  • Drive the roadmap for data models, automation, and workflow improvements to ensure systems scale with the business.
  • Build scalable automations for pipeline analysis, SDR-AE handoffs, and lead enrichment (e.g., Clay, Chili Piper).
  • Design and enforce Revenue Operations policies to support a growing sales and marketing organization.
  • Manage full-funnel revenue reporting and dashboards to provide high-fidelity visibility into performance.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure systems meet real-world workflow needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or revenue systems, ideally within a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and HubSpot administration.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Flows (Loops, Screenflows, Subflows).
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, including campaigns, UTMs, and attribution.
  • Experience with data modeling and managing integrated GTM toolstacks.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and build long-term systems roadmaps.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Snowflake or modern data warehouses.
  • Familiarity with Reverse ETL tools such as Census or Hightouch.
  • Experience in scaling GTM organizations through rapid technological evolution.
