Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary operational and analytical resource for the Solutions & Services team
  • Develop best-practice processes and ensure accurate data collection across the operation
  • Design and maintain engagement tracking frameworks for pilots, template builds, and custom video delivery
  • Build and maintain automation workflows using tools like Zapier or Workato
  • Administer the core tech stack, primarily Salesforce and Planhat
  • Build capacity planning models to provide visibility into team workload and utilization
  • Design reporting dashboards to surface engagement volume, delivery quality, and business impact
  • Collaborate with SalesOps and CSOps to ensure clean handoffs between Pre-Sales and Post-Sales
  • Execute against the RevOps roadmap to build a scalable operational base

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Commercial Operations in a SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (objects, fields, reports, and flows)
  • Proficiency in SQL for independent data querying and validation
  • Experience with automation tooling such as Zapier or Workato
  • Proven ability to design repeatable processes and documented standards
  • Experience building dashboards for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to professional services or consulting operations
  • Experience in Post-Sales, CSOps, or Services Ops capacity
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle concepts in subscription businesses
  • Experience with Planhat or other CS platforms like Gainsight or ChurnZero
  • Comfort with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Omni)
