Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead SOP unit forecasting processes to support demand planning and revenue projections
  • Partner with Finance on revenue forecasting and budgeting
  • Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue planning models
  • Own corporate sales reporting tools and deliver executive dashboards and KPI reporting
  • Manage SPS data reporting to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Calculate and validate monthly sales commissions and incentive compensation plans
  • Produce weekly sales reports highlighting bookings, revenue, and pipeline health

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or FP&A
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce
  • Strong experience with forecasting, revenue planning, and commission calculations
  • Experience managing large datasets and building scalable reporting processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, and sales compensation systems
  • Knowledge of SOP planning methodologies
  • Experience supporting high-growth or multi-region sales organizations
  • Familiarity with automation and advanced analytics tools
