Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead and track strategic and operational programs to improve Sales, Sales Development, and Channel Partnership performance
- Optimize revenue processes through automation and technology to drive efficiency
- Configure and manage business tools to align with process improvement goals
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for KPIs and operational metrics
- Utilize data analytics to provide actionable recommendations for customer behavior and success
- Collaborate with leadership to execute customer success strategies for retention and expansion
- Identify customer pain points and create workflows to proactively manage at-risk accounts
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in advanced analytics or Customer operations
- Experience developing strategies to scale revenue teams
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, Looker)
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience with customer success platforms like ChurnZero, Zendesk, or Gainsight
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
