Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and track strategic and operational programs to improve Sales, Sales Development, and Channel Partnership performance
  • Optimize revenue processes through automation and technology to drive efficiency
  • Configure and manage business tools to align with process improvement goals
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for KPIs and operational metrics
  • Utilize data analytics to provide actionable recommendations for customer behavior and success
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute customer success strategies for retention and expansion
  • Identify customer pain points and create workflows to proactively manage at-risk accounts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in advanced analytics or Customer operations
  • Experience developing strategies to scale revenue teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience with customer success platforms like ChurnZero, Zendesk, or Gainsight
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
