About the Company

Responsibilities

  • Own sales-led revenue operations end-to-end, including compensation design, forecasting, and growth reviews.
  • Design, model, and maintain sales compensation plans and quota setting to align with revenue goals.
  • Build proactive monitoring systems and alerts for deal slippage, forecast divergence, and attainment tracking.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy in collaboration with the Revenue Leader.
  • Develop a trustworthy metrics layer for activation, expansion, and attribution within the sales-led motion.

Requirements

  • Background in RevOps, sales ops, finance, or strategy/analytics with real revenue exposure.
  • Proficiency in SQL or equivalent data tools to perform independent analysis.
  • Experience designing or managing sales compensation plans and understanding incentive behaviors.
  • Experience with usage-based or PLG revenue models.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on Salesforce administration and reporting experience.
  • Experience building a RevOps or SalesOps function from the ground up.
