Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding and implementation to ensure software value and revenue recognition
- Provide Tier 1 customer support and troubleshooting for existing users
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical issues and bugs
- Assist sales representatives with technical product demonstrations and presentations for new customer acquisition
- Train end-users and optimize software adoption to mitigate risks to customer success
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Revit, specifically focused on Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (MEP) systems
- 2+ years of experience teaching, guiding, or mentoring others in the use of Revit
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high technical aptitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
