Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer onboarding and implementation to ensure software value and revenue recognition
  • Provide Tier 1 customer support and troubleshooting for existing users
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical issues and bugs
  • Assist sales representatives with technical product demonstrations and presentations for new customer acquisition
  • Train end-users and optimize software adoption to mitigate risks to customer success

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Revit, specifically focused on Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • 2+ years of experience teaching, guiding, or mentoring others in the use of Revit
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high technical aptitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
