Responsibilities
- Own HubSpot end-to-end including lifecycle stages, deal structures, custom objects, and attribution models
- Design and maintain the full GTM tech stack including HubSpot, Monday.com, and Make
- Build and enforce pipeline data standards and performance dashboards
- Define lead attribution policies, deal ownership rules, and rules of engagement
- Design commission tracking infrastructure and outbound motion operational backbone
- Partner with Sales and CS leadership to design clean handoff processes
- Identify and replace manual workflows with reliable automations
- Document processes to ensure scalability
Requirements
- 3–6 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related function at a B2B SaaS company
- Deep HubSpot expertise including custom objects, workflows, and integrations
- Experience building reporting and dashboards for GTM performance
- Familiarity with outbound sales infrastructure and commission tracking logic
- Proficiency with automation platforms like Make or Zapier
- Proficiency with project tools like Monday.com
- Strong analytical skills in Google Sheets or Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building a RevOps function from scratch or during rapid growth
- Exposure to outbound motion design and BDR program buildout
- Familiarity with event-driven or field marketing workflows
