Job description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze compensation, bonus files, and people data at scale
  • Translate data into insights and evidence-based recommendations
  • Build and maintain reward models, dashboards, and reports
  • Partner with HR and business leaders on pay, benefits, and policy decisions
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor and end-of-service gratuity rules
  • Support annual cycles: salary review, bonus, and benefits renewals

Requirements

  • 7–12 years’ experience
  • On-the-ground UAE experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong data analysis
  • Rewards/compensation expertise
  • Stakeholder management
  • Commercial mindset
  • Clear data storytelling

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in top-tier professional services
  • Exposure to Power BI/Tableau
  • Knowledge of UAE reward practices
  • HRIS/reporting experience
  • Statistics or finance background
