Job description
Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation, bonus files, and people data at scale
- Translate data into insights and evidence-based recommendations
- Build and maintain reward models, dashboards, and reports
- Partner with HR and business leaders on pay, benefits, and policy decisions
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor and end-of-service gratuity rules
- Support annual cycles: salary review, bonus, and benefits renewals
Requirements
- 7–12 years’ experience
- On-the-ground UAE experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong data analysis
- Rewards/compensation expertise
- Stakeholder management
- Commercial mindset
- Clear data storytelling
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in top-tier professional services
- Exposure to Power BI/Tableau
- Knowledge of UAE reward practices
- HRIS/reporting experience
- Statistics or finance background
