Rewards & HR Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze bonus, salary, and rewards datasets; support annual cycles and compensation planning
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across people and rewards data
• Build clear insights, dashboards, and reports to inform leadership decisions
• Identify trends and risks across remuneration, performance, and workforce metrics
• Apply commercial judgment to rewards and HR analytics; model scenarios and outcomes
• Present concise findings tailored to senior stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment
