Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end RFP process by analyzing requirements and coordinating cross-functional input
- Establish and drive a standardized internal RFP process, including kickoffs and review cycles
- Author and refine RFP responses for district retention and new business acquisition
- Utilize project management tools to ensure accurate and timely submissions
- Partner with clinical and data teams to gather impactful insights for proposals
- Manage and prioritize a pipeline of renewal and new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a centralized RFP content library using tools like Loopio or SharePoint
- Track and analyze RFP outcomes to improve future responses
- Maintain accurate activity tracking within Salesforce
- Manage and develop an RFP Coordinator
Requirements
- 3-5 years of RFP or grants writing experience
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent deadlines
- Experience in organizational leadership or managing others
- Highly organized and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the K-12 industry
