Rider Performance and Experience - Associate

Responsibilities

• Support development and management of rider performance and fraud policies across UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar.
• Produce structured reporting on key rider metrics and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Own and monitor key rider performance metrics and ensure accurate, timely metrics reporting.
• Conduct data deep-dives and collaborate on region-wide improvements to BAU processes.
• Work with local operations teams to optimize rider management policies and enhance the rider proposition.
• Contribute to special projects focused on operational effectiveness and integrity.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience
• English proficiency
• Arabic/Urdu/Hindi
• Stakeholder management
• Data analysis
• G-Suite/Excel
• Reporting tools
• Presentation skills
• Team player
• Punctual deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Looker or similar BI tools
• Previous experience in delivery/logistics operations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Ability to visualize data and create clear executive summaries
