🇫🇷 Right-Hand CEO (French Fluent)

Responsibilities

• Act as the CEO’s key strategic partner, driving company-wide strategic projects from ideation to execution
• Lead rapid experiments, international launches, MVP tests, and drive new product initiatives
• Contribute to business intelligence: perform market research, data analysis, and support high-leverage decision-making (growth models, M&A, KPI dashboards)
• Build systematic workflows, optimize company processes, implement automations, and create AI-powered dashboards (from Airtable to Notion)
• Be the internal AI evangelist: introduce, champion, and train the team on new AI tools and methodologies, benchmarking integrations across functions
• Own business development: from sourcing talent to negotiating deals and securing global partnerships

Requirements

• Graduate of a top-tier business or engineering school (e.g., HEC, ESSEC, Stanford, X, Sciences Po, etc.)
• Proven track record building or scaling a startup, operations team, or growth engine
• Driven with a strong work ethic; thrives under pressure, committed, and perseverant
• Entrepreneurial spirit—comfortable owning projects from scratch and working with limited resources
• Analytical, autonomous, and process-driven with a natural ability to structure systems and automate for scale
• Tech-savvy and genuinely passionate about AI and automation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and negotiate
• Fluent in English and French (ideally bilingual)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with C-level leadership in a fast-growth, remote-first, or international startup
• Demonstrated success acting as a COO, Chief of Staff, or equivalent strategic role
• Deep curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tooling and building custom automations
