Risk Intelligence Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain intelligence sources across platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, and Discord
• Monitor on-chain security incidents, illicit activities, phishing, and scam-related threats
• Track user discussions and negative sentiment related to the company across external platforms
• Assess, classify, and escalate findings promptly to internal response teams
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance data collection tools and alerting systems
• Maintain intelligence SOPs and reporting dashboards

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Web3/cryptocurrency with a solid understanding of the ecosystem
• Active daily presence on platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, and Discord
• Familiarity with common on-chain security incidents and illicit activity patterns
• Good English reading and writing skills to follow English-language communities
• Detail-oriented and capable of continuous monitoring and information organization
