Risk Solutions Actuarial Associate

Responsibilities

• Support and develop actuarial modeling for risk-sharing and value-aligned models, including provider performance and employer pricing
• Manage stop-loss and reinsurance strategy, including product design and partner management with MGUs and carriers
• Advance high-cost claim strategies by developing analytics and interventions across clinical and financial levers
• Support reporting and communications on financial performance and pricing strategy for executive and corporate boards
• Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives to build scalable, tech-enabled pricing capabilities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, actuarial modeling, pricing, or financial strategy
• Within two years of achieving ASA credentials
• Strong command of healthcare data (claims, episodes, actuarial values) and value-based care economics
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL is a plus
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
