RMS Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of RMS implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, and training
• Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical configurations and user workflows
• Oversee RMS implementation across workstreams, including integrations and hardware components
• Facilitate customer workshops to gather requirements and validate workflows
• Deliver high-quality training sessions for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Identify risks, surface issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmap priorities

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience as a product consultant, implementation specialist, or in public safety technology
• Technical experience with configurable or low-code platforms (form building, workflow configuration, data modeling)
• Hands-on experience delivering software implementations from setup through launch
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies
• Experience designing and delivering structured training programs
• Ability to travel at least 50%
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
• College degree from an accredited institution
