Robotics Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Create robotic prototypes and systems tailored to consumer needs, incorporating AI and ML algorithms for enhanced functionality.
• Algorithm Development: Develop algorithms for motion control, perception, and decision-making in robots, ensuring optimal performance in diverse environments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, electrical engineers, and product managers, to integrate robotic solutions seamlessly into consumer products.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of robotic systems in both simulated and real-world scenarios to ensure reliability and safety.
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for robotic systems, ensuring they operate safely and effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of design specifications, test plans, and project reports to track progress and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Research: Stay updated on the latest advancements in robotics, AI, and ML technologies to incorporate relevant findings into projects.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 full years of experience as a robotics engineer or in a similar role with a focus on mobile robots.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, C#.
  • Understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and Computer Vision.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for designing robotic components.
  • Experience with sensors, actuators, and control systems used in robotics.
  • Experience with mobile robots or autonomous vehicles.
• Soft Skills:
  • English at B2 or higher
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
