RPA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and interrelationships
• Identify resources required for each task
• Respond to and resolve emergent problems by building automation to prevent recurrence
• Write software in a full-stack Java and web technology environment using Gradle, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring, Kafka, and React
• Manage product availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to define and document RPA business and technical requirements
• Create RPA process, technical architecture, design, and user guide documentation
• Mentor others and perform code reviews to ensure design and implementation quality
• Identify opportunities for code refactoring and performance optimizations

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and delivering enterprise-grade software applications
• 4+ years of experience working with UiPath RPA solutions in an enterprise environment
• Ability to build robots utilizing UiPath RPA solutions
• 4+ years of experience in UiPath development, implementation, and administration
• 3+ years of experience integrating UiPath with enterprise systems like MuleSoft, ServiceNow, Oracle EBS, or SQL
• Experience with CI/CD in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google) and Jenkins
• Proficiency in Java, C++, .NET, or Visual Basic
• Strong understanding of Agile software testing processes
• Ability to undergo a government-issued background investigation process
