RPA Project Manager & Consultant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present project plans to customers in English and German
• Collect requirements from customers through targeted questioning
• Support customers in infrastructure setup alongside technical colleagues
• Monitor project implementation and mitigate issues
• Lead and facilitate regular 1:1 meetings with team members
• Manage team performance and career development
• Manage project budgets
• Proactively identify and propose new solutions to solve customer problems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical related field
• Proficiency in English and German
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical role within a software company
• Knowledge of RPA principles and development
• Knowledge or experience in Project Management
• Strong B2B communication skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
