Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance web services processing API requests at scale
• Prioritize reliability, performance, and metrics/observability across core services
• Write high-quality Rust services and components with strong maintainability
• Own core systems end-to-end and iterate toward practical solutions
• Apply strong reasoning to balance tradeoffs and avoid pitfalls
• Collaborate with a large engineering team and communicate complex ideas clearly

Requirements

• 3+ years experience
• Rust expertise
• Go proficiency
• CS degree or equivalent
• Fast learner
• Quality focused
