SaaS Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the entire implementation lifecycle from project planning to go-live
• Act as the primary liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams
• Define project goals, success metrics, and deliverables
• Guide clinics through workflow migrations to the new platform
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and status reports
• Deliver training and support clients through system configuration and data imports
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch new features within the implementation workflow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years managing complex SaaS software implementation projects
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Willingness to travel to client sites up to 10–15%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with clinics, healthcare providers, or medical environments
