Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Sales Strategy: Define and implement a scalable sales strategy that drives growth, increases ARR, and expands market penetration for SaaS solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and mentor SaaS sales teams (SDRs, AEs, and support roles), fostering a high-performance, target-driven culture.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Oversee pipeline development, sales forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure attainment of quarterly and annual goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine messaging, optimize sales processes, and enhance customer experience.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new markets, key segments, and strategic partnerships to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Lead executive-level deal negotiations, key account management, and strategic customer conversations to close high-value opportunities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in SaaS sales leadership for over 10 years, ideally within B2B settings.
  • Proven history of developing and expanding sales teams while consistently surpassing revenue objectives.
  • Exceptional skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and effective communication.
  • Capacity to analyze sales performance metrics and leverage insights to enhance outcomes.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms; adeptness with SaaS sales tools and analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, hybrid work environments alongside cross-regional teams.
