Safety Advisor

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and enforce safety standards in line with KEO’s Health & Safety Management System and client requirements.
• Conduct regular site and facility inspections and report on conditions impacting daily operations.
• Monitor and track all site and facility-related activities to ensure safe execution.
• Provide HSE and FM-related technical support to maintenance and site teams.
• Inspect work areas to identify potential safety hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure all personnel comply with PPE requirements and safe work practices.
• Conduct daily site inspections and issue recommendations for improvement where required.
• Investigate incidents and emergencies, prepare detailed reports, and recommend preventative measures.
• Develop, implement, and review safety policies aimed at reducing accident-related risks and costs.
• Collaborate with management and site teams to continuously improve safety performance and awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) or an equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in health and safety roles within the construction industry.
• Proven experience working on tower or high-rise construction projects in Dubai is essential.
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations, construction standards, and best practices.
• Excellent inspection, reporting, and incident investigation skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
