Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 support for SailPoint IdentityIQ: investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and tickets.
  • Develop, update, and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors.
  • Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes to the IAM platform.
  • Monitor platform health, perform routine checks, and tune performance.
  • Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, and access reviews.
  • Collaborate with L3 teams for escalations and complex issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, processes, fixes, and runbooks.
  • Participate in change management, incident reporting, and post-incident analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years hands-on SailPoint experience in production environments.
  • Experience with IAM incident, change, and problem management processes.
  • Knowledge of IT security and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOC, GDPR basics).
  • Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise systems (AD, HRIS, SaaS).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
