About the Company

Maxwell is a digital mortgage platform that powers hundreds of mortgage lending institutions nationwide. Founded in 2015, the company builds enterprise software designed to make mortgage lending simpler, more accessible, and more human for both lenders and borrowers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account-based sales strategies tailored to mortgage lenders
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up
  • Identify prospective customers and conduct effective discovery and product demonstrations
  • Lead consultative sales processes to map solutions to customer business value
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy using Salesforce
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes within the mortgage and fintech landscape

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of closing experience in mortgage-related SaaS
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
  • Experience with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% for client meetings and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Meaningful exposure to mortgage industry workflows and lending processes
  • Experience in a high-growth fintech or SaaS environment
