Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound communications including calls, chats, and emails with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct sales calls to qualify leads, address inquiries, and support deal closures
  • Monitor and optimize chatbot conversations to ensure high-quality lead handling and engagement
  • Review chatbot-generated leads and provide human follow-up when necessary
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings or calls for the sales team to ensure a professional customer experience
  • Maintain accurate client records and regularly update the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation and conversion strategies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, call center, or customer service
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work remotely and consistently meet performance targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage
