Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound communications including calls, chats, and emails with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct sales calls to qualify leads, address inquiries, and support deal closures
- Monitor and optimize chatbot conversations to ensure high-quality lead handling and engagement
- Review chatbot-generated leads and provide human follow-up when necessary
- Coordinate and schedule meetings or calls for the sales team to ensure a professional customer experience
- Maintain accurate client records and regularly update the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation and conversion strategies
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, call center, or customer service
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work remotely and consistently meet performance targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage
