Job description
Responsibilities
- Handle initial responses for inside sales and field sales for the SaaS product "Acsim"
- Conduct initial customer hearings regarding challenges, implementation timing, and interest levels
- Perform follow-ups via phone and email after initial meetings
- Manage CRM data entry and updates using Salesforce
- Support customer success tasks including inquiry handling and account creation
- Monitor usage and provide follow-up support to promote product adoption
- Escalate technical issues and feedback to the engineering team
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in B2B intangible product sales or customer success
- Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work remotely and maintain effective information sharing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or IT solution sales and support
- Understanding of system development processes
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce
- Experience in appointment setting or initial sales consultations
