Job description

Responsibilities

  • Handle initial responses for inside sales and field sales for the SaaS product "Acsim"
  • Conduct initial customer hearings regarding challenges, implementation timing, and interest levels
  • Perform follow-ups via phone and email after initial meetings
  • Manage CRM data entry and updates using Salesforce
  • Support customer success tasks including inquiry handling and account creation
  • Monitor usage and provide follow-up support to promote product adoption
  • Escalate technical issues and feedback to the engineering team

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B intangible product sales or customer success
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work remotely and maintain effective information sharing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS or IT solution sales and support
  • Understanding of system development processes
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Experience in appointment setting or initial sales consultations
