Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Partnership Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that support partner engagement and sales objectives.
- Coordinate with product teams to ensure the successful integration of partner offerings.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, partner success, and market feedback.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to reach their goals and enhance sales capabilities.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to foster professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development roles, preferably in the e-commerce or technology sectors.
- Strong background in sales strategy formulation and execution.
- Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and achieving revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
