Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for AMI, qualifying demand and designing solutions across various subsidiaries
  • Run structured discovery calls, craft proposals, and move prospects through the sales pipeline to close
  • Explain pricing, payment schedules, and refund terms clearly and transparently to clients
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and delivery teams to ensure seamless handovers
  • Maintain high standards of compliance and documentation, ensuring ethical selling practices
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and sales reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in consultative B2B or B2C sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM management, pipeline hygiene, and sales forecasting
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Ability to work with time-zone flexibility for 24/7 enquiry coverage on a rota
  • Ability to sell across multiple business contexts (e.g., Travel, Education, Logistics, or Engineering)
