Job description

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and qualify walk-in and online enquiries; conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Vehicle Presentation: Prepare and present vehicles professionally, highlighting features, history, and value.
  • Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations to close sales while protecting company margins and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Manage all sales paperwork, registration, transfer, and finance documentation accurately and on time.
  • Follow-up and Aftercare: Maintain post-sale relationships, handle customer queries, and coordinate any after-sales support.
  • Market Knowledge: Keep up to date with market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to advise customers and adjust offers.
  • Targets and Reporting: Meet individual sales targets and submit regular sales reports and customer feedback to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with inventory, inspection, and marketing teams to ensure stock readiness and promotional alignment.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years in the UAE automotive used car market.
  • Language: Ability to speak Arabic is mandatory; strong English communication skills preferred.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated sales and negotiation ability with a customer-focused approach.
  • Professionalism: Presentable, confident, and able to represent the brand in client-facing situations.
  • License: Valid UAE driving license.
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of used car sales processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Interpersonal: Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as required by the business.
