Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment-related sales through tele-sales and email outreach
  • Cold call prospective clients and build a qualified pipeline
  • Screen candidates for active recruitment projects
  • Handle client queries and maintain strong relationships
  • Perform timely client follow-ups and status updates
  • Support HR and recruitment sales initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Female candidate on spouse visa (UAE)
  • Prior tele-sales or email sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
  • Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
  • Based in Dubai; available for a hybrid work model

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruitment industry exposure
  • Lead generation experience
  • Basic candidate screening know-how
  • CRM familiarity and reporting discipline
