Job description

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, coach, and lead a team of SDRs
  • Develop emails, call talk tracks, and workflows for multiple ICPs
  • Create and expand upon an SDR playbook including opening and closing tactics
  • Use data and results to inform strategy and point of view
  • Partner with Marketing to streamline lead list creation and transfer
  • Collaborate with RevOps to ideate automations and custom reports

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an individual contributor SDR
  • 2+ years of SDR Management experience building and scaling teams
  • Prior experience selling B2B SaaS
  • Experience with CRM reporting (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience with data insights tools like Gong or Chorus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into the nonprofit space
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for productivity
  • Experience operating in a self-serve, sales-assisted motion
