Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business pipeline for the Australian market from our Dubai, UAE hub (hybrid)
  • Prospect, qualify, and book meetings for Account Executives
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage outreach and activity
  • Exceed monthly targets and daily KPIs with coaching from your manager
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline while improving funnel efficiency
  • Become an expert on Doctify’s product and value proposition in HealthTech

Requirements

  • 6+ months outbound sales or new-business outreach experience
  • Fluency in English and confident phone communication
  • Resilient, ambitious self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable with KPIs, activity targets, and structured sales processes
  • Eligible to work in Dubai, UAE; able to work hybrid

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce proficiency and CRM hygiene best practices
  • B2B SaaS or HealthTech experience
  • Knowledge of Australian healthcare market dynamics
  • Track record of exceeding SDR/BDR targets
