Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive new business pipeline for the Australian market from our Dubai, UAE hub (hybrid)
- Prospect, qualify, and book meetings for Account Executives
- Utilize CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage outreach and activity
- Exceed monthly targets and daily KPIs with coaching from your manager
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline while improving funnel efficiency
- Become an expert on Doctify’s product and value proposition in HealthTech
Requirements
- 6+ months outbound sales or new-business outreach experience
- Fluency in English and confident phone communication
- Resilient, ambitious self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable with KPIs, activity targets, and structured sales processes
- Eligible to work in Dubai, UAE; able to work hybrid
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce proficiency and CRM hygiene best practices
- B2B SaaS or HealthTech experience
- Knowledge of Australian healthcare market dynamics
- Track record of exceeding SDR/BDR targets
