Job Description
Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients via outbound calls, email, and social outreach.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update opportunity statuses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and handoffs.
- Manage and prioritize your pipeline to meet weekly and monthly targets.
- Support customer success activities to help retain and grow accounts.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS or agency sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach/meeting KPIs.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, objection handling, and qualification frameworks.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
- Multilingual ability (Arabic) is a plus.

About the Company
Scale Army Careers is a talent and sales solutions provider operating within the UAE. This role is part of a candidate pipeline for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support our UAE clients. The position is contract-based with a hybrid working arrangement centered in Dubai; candidates must be authorized to work in the UAE.
