Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients via outbound calls, email, and social outreach.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update opportunity statuses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and handoffs.
• Manage and prioritize your pipeline to meet weekly and monthly targets.
• Support customer success activities to help retain and grow accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS or agency sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach/meeting KPIs.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, objection handling, and qualification frameworks.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
• Multilingual ability (Arabic) is a plus.
