About the Company

Capsule is a venture-backed startup building AI-powered video tools designed exclusively for enterprise teams. Backed by top investors, our platform helps companies like HubSpot, ServiceNow, and Instacart create professional, on-brand videos at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect into target accounts with personalized, thoughtful, and scalable messaging across multiple channels
  • Complete thorough account research and account org chart mapping
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing customer needs
  • Handoff qualified opportunities to the sales team, scheduling meetings and follow-ups
  • Assist in Marketing efforts for event outreach, tradeshows, and company-sponsored events
  • Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene and data accuracy

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Development, or a related role at a SaaS company
  • Proven ability to build greenfield pipeline and meet or exceed goals
  • Consultative approach to identifying pain points and presenting value propositions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for AI and video technology
