Job description
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective leads
- Set and confirm qualified meetings for clients
- Manage pipeline activity, including rebooking no-shows
- Log all activities, outcomes, and documentation in the CRM
- Coordinate calendar handoffs to account executives or client teams
- Execute pre-built cadences and sequences provided by client teams
- Report daily and weekly activity and results
- Adapt messaging to different client industries and follow calling playbooks
Requirements
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Availability to work during US Eastern Time (EST) business hours
- Prior experience using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- High level of process discipline and consistency with reporting
- Coachability and openness to feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior SDR or BDR experience specifically within US markets
- Proven track record of booking meetings from outbound campaigns
- Familiarity with data enrichment tools like SalesIntel, Apollo, or ZoomInfo
