Job description

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify ideal prospects based on target market segments
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn to book discovery calls
  • Use Apollo.io to search for contacts using specific filters
  • Enrich contact information using Clay
  • Verify email accuracy and activity using Million Verifier
  • Manage automated email sequences using Instantly
  • Qualify inbound leads to ensure alignment with the ideal customer profile
  • Manage the CRM to track all interactions and sales opportunities
  • Personalize messages and follow-ups to drive engagement and conversions
  • Re-engage lapsed leads to rebuild the pipeline

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and Million Verifier
  • Strong background in outbound outreach and lead generation
  • Proficiency in CRM management
  • High level of English proficiency (CEFR rated)
  • Ability to work part-time (20 hours/week) during 8 AM to 12 PM EDT
  • Exceptional attention to detail regarding instructions and formatting
