Job description

Responsibilities

  • Generate pipeline by identifying and engaging HR and benefits leaders at large employers, consultants, and health plan partners
  • Execute coordinated outbound outreach across email, phone, and social channels to drive meetings
  • Navigate complex buying groups and engage multiple stakeholders to create aligned opportunities
  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with target audiences and sales strategy
  • Partner closely with RVPs to align on target accounts, messaging, and meeting strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide real-time feedback on campaigns and messaging
  • Maintain high pipeline hygiene and data accuracy within Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance targets for qualified opportunities and outbound activity

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience
  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience prospecting specifically into HR leaders, benefits leaders, consultants, or health plans
