Job description
Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline by identifying and engaging HR and benefits leaders at large employers, consultants, and health plan partners
- Execute coordinated outbound outreach across email, phone, and social channels to drive meetings
- Navigate complex buying groups and engage multiple stakeholders to create aligned opportunities
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with target audiences and sales strategy
- Partner closely with RVPs to align on target accounts, messaging, and meeting strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide real-time feedback on campaigns and messaging
- Maintain high pipeline hygiene and data accuracy within Salesforce
- Meet or exceed monthly performance targets for qualified opportunities and outbound activity
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience prospecting specifically into HR leaders, benefits leaders, consultants, or health plans
