Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients across the UAE and global markets via LinkedIn, email, calling, social channels, and CRM tools.
  • Qualify inbound leads; assess fit based on company size, business needs, and readiness to engage.
  • Maintain high-volume outreach using structured cadences, sequencing, and follow-ups.
  • Schedule intro calls and product/solution demos for the sales team; manage lead nurturing sequences.
  • Maintain clean, updated CRM records and collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns.
  • Understand Finanshels services (Accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, Bookkeeping, Payroll, CFO Services) and UAE regulatory updates to communicate value to prospects.
  • Gather customer insights and relay them to product and marketing teams.
  • Work with sales leadership to refine ICPs, scripts, and outreach strategies; prepare weekly performance and pipeline reports.
