Job description
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients across the UAE and global markets via LinkedIn, email, calling, social channels, and CRM tools.
- Qualify inbound leads; assess fit based on company size, business needs, and readiness to engage.
- Maintain high-volume outreach using structured cadences, sequencing, and follow-ups.
- Schedule intro calls and product/solution demos for the sales team; manage lead nurturing sequences.
- Maintain clean, updated CRM records and collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns.
- Understand Finanshels services (Accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, Bookkeeping, Payroll, CFO Services) and UAE regulatory updates to communicate value to prospects.
- Gather customer insights and relay them to product and marketing teams.
- Work with sales leadership to refine ICPs, scripts, and outreach strategies; prepare weekly performance and pipeline reports.
Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, accounting services, or B2B SaaS sales
- Familiarity with UAE VAT and corporate compliance

- Prior success booking demos and qualifying C-level or founder prospects
