About the Company
FarmRaise is the data infrastructure powering modern agriculture & conservation programs. We capture verified, field-level data straight from farmers, ranchers, and landowners and turn it into the enrollment, verification, payments, and reporting that run programs for government, agribusiness, food companies, and NGOs.
Responsibilities
- Run segment-specific outbound cadences across customer groups including program administrators, ag retail, and corporate sustainability
- Research accounts and contacts to ensure high-quality targeting and seniority verification
- Personalize outreach to specific segment realities such as agronomy data capture or sustainability claims
- Qualify and book meetings (SQLs) for Account Executives against a clear fit bar
- Maintain CRM hygiene by logging activity and contact data in HubSpot
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine the outbound playbook weekly
Requirements
- 1 to 2+ years in a quota-carrying SDR/BDR or outbound sales role selling B2B SaaS with $50k+ ACV
- Research-first mindset with a focus on targeted outreach over volume
- Strong written communication skills for human, plain-spoken email outreach
- Comfort with a modern sales stack including CRM and enrichment tools
- High level of organization and ability to manage multi-segment cadences
- Resilience and coachability to iterate on feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Background or genuine interest in agriculture, conservation, food systems, or sustainability
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Clay
- Experience leveraging AI to optimize workflows
- Experience selling into multiple buyer types including public sector and corporates

- $55,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE $90,000)
