Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads within target industries and market segments using various tools and resources.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and email campaigns to engage with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile and their potential to benefit from Winnow.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular communication and follow-up to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Schedule qualified leads for product demonstrations and introductory meetings with the sales team.
  • Utilize Zendesk (CRM system) to track and document all prospecting activities, customer interactions, and lead status updates.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative is an advantage.
  • Track record of exceeding lead targets and achieving sales quotas is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques, such as cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
  • Proficiency in English (essential); fluency in French and Spanish (required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with resilience to sales rejection.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proactive, organized, and accountable individual.
  • Ambition for a career in sales, eager to build foundational skills.
