Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads within target industries and market segments using various tools and resources.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and email campaigns to engage with decision-makers and influencers.
- Qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile and their potential to benefit from Winnow.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular communication and follow-up to understand their needs and challenges.
- Schedule qualified leads for product demonstrations and introductory meetings with the sales team.
- Utilize Zendesk (CRM system) to track and document all prospecting activities, customer interactions, and lead status updates.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative is an advantage.
- Track record of exceeding lead targets and achieving sales quotas is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques, such as cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
- Proficiency in English (essential); fluency in French and Spanish (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with resilience to sales rejection.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proactive, organized, and accountable individual.
- Ambition for a career in sales, eager to build foundational skills.
