Job description

Responsibilities

  • Research, map, and qualify accounts and decision-makers in priority verticals including law firms, fintechs, and legal departments
  • Execute multichannel cadences via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn with personalized approaches
  • Conduct opportunity diagnostics to investigate lead challenges and identify appropriate solutions
  • Qualify opportunities using frameworks such as BANT and SPIN to ensure high-quality meetings for the sales team
  • Schedule qualified meetings and hand them off to Account Executives with full context
  • Maintain impeccable CRM records, including interaction logs and opportunity status updates
  • Utilize AI tools for account enrichment and prospecting productivity
  • Contribute to market intelligence by mapping competitors and recurring objections

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales (inside sales, pre-sales, or similar)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, organized, proactive, and resilient profile
  • Consultative approach with the ability to connect customer pain points to solutions
  • Data-driven mindset and process discipline with CRM experience
  • Comfort working in a scale-up environment with high autonomy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting and multichannel cadences
  • Familiarity with Sales Engagement tools and CRMs (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.)
  • Experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) for prospecting
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies like BANT, SPIN Selling, MEDDIC, or Challenger
  • Experience selling to Legal, Compliance, Risk, or Financial buyers
