Job description
Responsibilities
- Own the top of the sales funnel from initial contact through qualification and follow-up
- Qualify inbound B2C leads and conduct professional sales presentations
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, KPIs, and conversion rate targets
- Utilize CRM systems, dashboards, automation tools, and AI to manage workflows
- Manage a split of 60% written communication/coordination and 40% phone communication
Requirements
- 1+ years of B2C sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Fluency in Russian and excellent verbal/written American English (C1-C2 level)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales technologies, including AI tools
- Ability to work remote hours from 7 AM to 3 PM PST
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) or residential construction
- Previous experience working within the US market
