Responsibilities

  • Research and validate Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to ensure accurate prospect lists
  • Call and email assigned prospects daily using Salesforce and Gong
  • Book qualified new business demos with US-based school administrators
  • Work closely with Account Executives to align on strategy and pursue new accounts
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging
  • Track and report on key activity metrics including calls, emails, and appointments booked
  • Maintain clean and accurate data within Salesforce

Requirements

  • Native or professional-level English fluency (spoken and written)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach via phone and email
  • Driven, organized, and able to manage a pipeline effectively
  • Must be based in Argentina, Brazil, or Colombia

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior sales or SDR experience
