Job description

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify key decision-makers within mid-size and enterprise fleets
  • Qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and creative outreach
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and position solutions
  • Manage and overcome objections to advance prospects through the pipeline
  • Partner with Marketing and Enterprise Sales to support sales efforts
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in business development, B2B sales, or carrier sales
  • Proven track record in prospecting and managing enterprise sales pipelines
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
  • Ability to create presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Experience in the transportation and supply chain industry is preferred
