Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Crunchbase
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video messaging
  • Conduct 30–40 cold calls and manage 60–100 daily outreach activities
  • Build and manage multi-touch outreach sequences and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoffs

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Outbound Sales
  • Proven experience with cold calling and email outreach
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo
  • Proficiency using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of SDR or BDR experience with a track record of quota attainment
  • Experience selling into B2B SaaS, marketing services, or technology companies
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or Sandler
  • Experience targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts
