Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, emails, and text messages to qualify parishes, dioceses, ministries, and non-profits within the Catholic denomination
• Perform at least 75 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day
• Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives
• Use Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build your pipeline
• Monitor performance against KPIs and quotas

Requirements

• 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred
• High school graduate or equivalent; BS/BA preferred
• Knowledge of Catholic church leadership structure, parish activities, and sacramental programs
• Familiarity with parish/diocesan budgets or financials
• Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Google Platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work a schedule of 6AM-3PM or 7AM-4PM Pacific Time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Catholic parishes or Catholic dioceses
• Familiarity with ABM "go to market" strategies
• Experience with Salesforce and Outreach
