Job description

Responsibilities

  • Articulate the value and business impact of Digital Coworkers to senior leaders in insurance, financial services, and healthcare
  • Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
  • Use research and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to identify and engage target accounts
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for leadership
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including outreach activity and lead status
  • Manage a high daily volume of outreach (100+ contacts per day)
  • Nurture prospects through consistent and creative follow-up
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize messaging

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales, BDR, or similar roles
  • Experience selling high-value or technical solutions to enterprise organizations
  • Ability to engage and communicate with senior decision-makers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, technical, and performance-driven environment
  • High resilience and self-motivation
  • Experience using CRM tools and maintaining pipeline hygiene

Preferred Qualifications

  • Startup experience
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience generating meetings with Fortune 1000 or enterprise-level executives
