Job description
Responsibilities
- Articulate the value and business impact of Digital Coworkers to senior leaders in insurance, financial services, and healthcare
- Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Use research and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to identify and engage target accounts
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for leadership
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including outreach activity and lead status
- Manage a high daily volume of outreach (100+ contacts per day)
- Nurture prospects through consistent and creative follow-up
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize messaging
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, BDR, or similar roles
- Experience selling high-value or technical solutions to enterprise organizations
- Ability to engage and communicate with senior decision-makers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, technical, and performance-driven environment
- High resilience and self-motivation
- Experience using CRM tools and maintaining pipeline hygiene
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience generating meetings with Fortune 1000 or enterprise-level executives
