Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound revenue generation by owning complete outbound campaigns
  • Conduct prospect research to target key decision-makers
  • Manage the full top-of-funnel process from initial outreach to qualified handoffs
  • Book 15+ qualified appointments per month with prospects holding genuine buying authority
  • Collaborate directly with client teams and senior closers to meet revenue targets

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
  • Proven track record of success in cold calling and booking sales appointments
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong objection handling and persuasive communication abilities
  • Experience engaging with business owners and senior stakeholders
  • Reliable hardware, including a computer and high-quality headset, and a stable internet connection
