Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify prospects based on established company criteria
  • Generate qualified meetings for the sales team or Account Executives
  • Research companies, industries, and decision-makers to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date prospect information and activity logs within the CRM
  • Perform consistent follow-ups to maintain effective communication during the prospecting process
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize demand generation strategies
  • Achieve targets related to prospecting, scheduled meetings, and qualified opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar sales development role
  • Experience in B2B sales prospecting and lead generation
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and opportunity tracking skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in SaaS, technology, B2B services, or startup environments
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or MEDDIC
  • Experience working with international clients
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
